TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR NABIO PLATFORM
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE — SECTION A
Welcome to Nabio Company Ltd.
By accessing or using the NABIO platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Purpose of the Platform
NABIO provides a digital system that allows users to:
• Register and store unique details of their properties.
• Maintain a digital record of ownership.
• Monitor and manage their properties.
• Flag properties as missing or stolen.
• Verify ownership of properties.
The platform is designed to enhance security, transparency, and trust in property ownership and transactions.
2. User Responsibility
By using NABIO, you agree that:
• You will provide accurate and truthful information when registering properties.
• You are the lawful owner or authorized user of any asset you register.
• You will not register stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized property.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
NABIO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation.
3. Property Registration and Ownership
• NABIO stores digital records of property details submitted by users.
• Registration on NABIO does not constitute legal ownership title.
• It serves as a supporting proof of ownership, not a legal certificate.
• Users are responsible for maintaining original ownership documents.
• Properties must be fully paid and activated before premium features (transfer, theft reporting, QR codes, etc.) are available.
4. Missing or Stolen Property Reporting
• Users may flag a property as missing or stolen only after registration payment is complete and the property is active.
• NABIO will monitor system activity for matching property details.
• If a match or related activity is detected, NABIO may notify the reporting user.
• NABIO does not guarantee recovery of any stolen property.
5. Monitoring and Notifications
NABIO may track system interactions such as asset searches and registration attempts. Where relevant, NABIO may notify the original owner of attempted searches or attempts to register similar property details. Such notifications are for informational and precautionary purposes only.
6. Data Accuracy and Limitations
NABIO relies on user-provided data. We do not independently verify all property details. NABIO is not liable for incorrect information submitted by users, misidentification of properties, or false claims of ownership.
7. Privacy and Data Use
NABIO collects and stores user and asset data for operational purposes. Personal and asset data will be handled with reasonable security measures. NABIO will not share personal information with third parties except where required by law or authorized by the user.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users must not: register properties that do not belong to them; attempt to manipulate or exploit the system; use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes; or interfere with the system's operation or security.
9. Service Availability
NABIO strives to maintain continuous service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.
10. Limitation of Liability
NABIO shall not be liable for: loss or theft of properties; failure to recover stolen property; damages arising from reliance on platform data; or indirect or consequential losses. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
11. Subscription and Payments
Certain features require subscription or registration payment. Payments made are non-refundable, except where required by law. NABIO reserves the right to modify pricing with notice.
12. Account Suspension or Termination
NABIO may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or suspicious activity, or misuse the platform.
13. Amendments
NABIO reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ghana.
15. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
16. User Conduct and Notification Responsibility
Users who flag properties as missing or stolen agree to act responsibly upon receiving any notification from the platform. NABIO provides information regarding possible matches, searches, or registration attempts strictly for informational purposes. Users must not engage in harassment, threats, or unlawful confrontation, take the law into their own hands, or misuse information provided by the platform. All disputes or suspicions should be handled through appropriate legal or law enforcement channels.
When users attempt to search for or register a property that is already registered or flagged, their submitted details may be shared with the registered owner for notification purposes. NABIO acts solely as a neutral platform facilitating information flow and shall not be held responsible for how users act upon such information.
SECTION C — USER AGREEMENT
By using NABIO, you agree that: you will only register properties that belong to you; the information you provide is accurate; NABIO stores records but does not issue legal ownership certificates; you understand NABIO helps monitor and notify, not guarantee recovery; and you will use the platform responsibly.
KYC / VERIFICATION POLICY
To maintain trust and prevent fraud, NABIO may require users to verify their identity (National ID, phone verification, email verification). Some features may be restricted until verification is completed. All KYC data is handled securely and confidentially.
NABIO USER SAFETY POLICY
At Nabio Company Ltd, user safety is our priority. The platform is designed to provide information and alerts, not enforcement. Users are expected to remain calm and responsible when receiving alerts, avoid personal confrontation, seek assistance from law enforcement where necessary, and use the platform strictly for lawful purposes. NABIO does not participate in recovery operations and shall not be liable for actions taken by users outside the platform.
SECTION D — AGENT TERMS OF USE
Agents using NABIO agree to:
1. Role: Agents may register properties on behalf of users, assist with verification, and facilitate onboarding.
2. Responsibilities: Agents must act honestly and professionally, verify user identity before registering properties, and avoid registering fraudulent properties.
3. Prohibited Conduct: Agents must not register fake properties, manipulate records, or abuse system privileges.
4. Commission: Agents earn commission only on properties that are successfully registered and paid for. No commission is payable on unpaid or abandoned registrations.
5. Liability: Agents are responsible for the accuracy of data they submit.
6. Termination: NABIO may suspend or remove agents who violate these terms.
SECTION E — LAW ENFORCEMENT ACCESS POLICY
NABIO may support law enforcement agencies investigating stolen propertys, fraudulent registrations, or ownership disputes. Access is granted only when a formal request is made, legal justification is provided, and the identity of the requesting authority is verified.
SECTION F — PAYMENT & SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
Certain features require active subscription. Payments are made via approved channels; fees are displayed before payment. Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law. NABIO may update pricing with notice.
